# HubX card recipe evidence manifest

This folder maps all 201 catalog cards to the prompt, model, poster, and video evidence available in the local teardown.

## Critical evidence boundary

The HubX client sends only the uploaded storage path and feature key. The execution prompt, reference/start image, provider parameters, and control video remain on HubX's server. Therefore:

- `execution_prompt_exact` is unavailable for all 201 cards.
- `control_video_exact` is unavailable for all 201 cards.
- `exact_model_key` is available for `gangsta-dance` only. The other captured model lookup (`image-to-video`) is a generic route and is not one of the 201 catalog keys.
- `prompt_candidate` is either an exact catalog suggestion (not necessarily the hidden execution prompt) or a generated reconstruction from the card title and description.
- `surrogate_control_video` points to the catalog preview for image-to-video cards. It is useful as a motion/visual reference but is not proven to be HubX's server-side control video.

## Files

- `card-recipes.json`: full evidence-rich 201-card manifest, including every catalog suggestion prompt.
- `card-recipes.csv`: compact spreadsheet-friendly view.
- `reference-posters/`: one local file per unique public catalog poster.
- `reference-previews/`: one local file per unique public catalog preview video.
- `poster-downloads.json` and `preview-downloads.json`: source-to-local download maps.
- `build-manifest.mjs`: reproducible manifest generator.
- `preview-media-metadata.json` and `.csv`: local preview codec, dimensions, frame rate, duration, and size.
- `inspect-media.mjs`: reproducible preview inspection script.

Do not relabel inferred fields as captured facts. Public catalog media may be used for internal analysis; production usage requires an appropriate rights basis.
